Terms:	1) The Bidders has to submit Auction Registration Fees 11,111 + 18% GST (2000) = 13,111/- for Lifetime & Rs.1180/- for one year towards any subscription / registration charges /fees favoring “Ashvin & Co" 2)EMD of Rs.1,00,000/- as specified in the catalog in the form of Demand Draft in favor of JPFL Films Pvt Ltd, payable at Nashik/par shall have to be submitted in the office of Ashvin & Co on or before 1PM at 05.08.2024. * Terms & Condition: All bidders are requested to visit plant for inspection of material before participation in E-Auction. All participants are requested to read Term & Conditions carefully before submitting any bid. Submission of any bid will be termed as Terms & Conditions are accepted by the bidder. Any customer willing to conduct any trails of any material can carry out before participation in auction. Later no request will be accepted for conducting of trials. _6._ General and Security Deposit (a) Registration charges will Rs. 25000/- (Rs. 5000 Non-Refundable). (b) All contract winning bidders will have to deposit advance payment for material of auctioned quantity. This advance payment will be adjusted against last disposals of material before expiry of contract. The advance payment will be as under: (i) 15% if lot basic value is up to 1 cr of auction quantity (ii) Above 1 cr value 15% of 1 cr and 5% above value of 1 cr. (c) All winning bidders must lift the material within contract period. (d) Material once sold, will not returned. (e) Material will be sold as is and where basis. (f) No bid will be accepted through mail or any other social media. (g) Any bidder fails to lift the auctioned quantity due to any reason, the advance deposited will be forfeited. (h) It is mandatory to lift 10% of biding qty (Where Applicable) to 2nd bidder. (i) The RPG to any winning bidder based outside Maharashtra State will be supplied through a dealer. Therefore 1% of the billing amount will be charged by the dealer from customer. (j) Bidders having registered with JPFL in 2 or more names are require disclosing their association in advance to JPFL Films Private Ltd and are permitted to bid for a particular material only through one associated firm. Failure will be considered as manipulation hence security deposited forfeited. (k) JPFL Films Private Ltd reserve rights for alteration/ cancellation of any auction at any time. (l) Any Collusion (मिलीभगत) by any of customers will also be treated as manipulation hence security deposited forfeited.
