| Terms: | INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS: -
1) The intending Bidders shall have to register on the website of www.ashvinauctioneers.com by Clicking on
to the NEW USER.
2) Fill up the registration form.
3) Take out the printout of the registration form on Company's/private letter head.
4) Mandatory for all participants to Submit the hard copy of the participation form with the below
mentioned documents: -
a) Pan Card of Proprietor OR Pan card of Company
a-i) Pan Card of Partners / Directors a-ii) Pan Card of Authorized person with Authority letter
b) GST Registration
c) Last 3 years IT Return copy. All the participation bidder’s annual turnover should be 25 Lacs.
Note: Any incomplete documents shall result into non participation in the e-auction.
Interested Bidders will submit their refundable participation deposit (CMD) along with participation form duly filled, signed & stamped on or before June 20th, 2026 at Auctioneer Mumbai office or at UNIT -1.
Note : No Demand Draft will be accepted on auction day and on 22.06.2026. All the couriers have to reached on or before 20.06.2026 |
